REFUND POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out! We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all orders!
We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Cancel Order
We don't provide cancellation if the shipping email has already been sent. You have 24h to cancel or change your order. Once the item(s) have been shipped we no longer have control of them, hence we would lose the shipping costs plus items.
In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 3-5 weeks (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us and we help resolve. Refunds & returns will not be processed after 30 days (from delivering). Thanks for understanding!
Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving the products at sales@thecomflux.com with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Comflux is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Comflux will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at sales@thecomflux.com
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to us.
- To be eligible to claim a refund, you must have purchased products from thecomflux.com.
- You can submit refund requests within 30 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (35 days) has expired. Please contact us sales@thecomflux.com for your request.
- You will be required to pay for the return shipping label.
- Once approved, allow us 24-48 hours to process your refund.
We'll communicate the address of the warehouse by email, it can change based of country your ordered from.
Refund Method: The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used during the purchase.
Refund Timeline: Once we initiate the refund, If you paid with PayPal, you will see the refund in your account immediately. If you paid with a credit card, it will take a few days to reflect on your account. Please note that the exact timeline may vary depending on your financial institution.
Confirmation Email: Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the transaction. This email will serve as proof of the refund for your records.
